Through a variety of tools and techniques I help you open up parts of your persona that have been hidden, neglected or repressed, to recognise your talents and skills and put them to the best possible use, going forward. Also, I help you recognise the blocks and obstacles on the way, whether it is negative self-talk, resistance, procrastination or ‘programmes’ we have all been running since childhood. Once you develop self-awareness around these and are ready to accept them and then release them – shifts occur. Hence my approach is based on ‘Fresh Insights – Inspired Action’. Recognising our potential and value is not enough to push us forward. Nor is recognising the obstacles alone. It is having new fresh insights into both AND actually doing something about it. That ‘do something about it’ usually requires a lot of thought and planning and constitutes the first step towards ‘Inspired Action’.
